Asked for a branch and a stump to be removed. Was quoted price over email rather than in person which meant on the day the stump grinder wouldn't fit through the gate. Removed branch satisfactory. Stump was left. Had to ask the lads a number of times to get it lower. They didn't seem interested which may have been down to bad weather. Owner had left by then. Received invoice which I wasn't happy with as it didn't align to the work agreed. Emailed them back to look at it again and the owner turned up at my door with a stinking attitude within 5 minutes. There's plenty of other well qualified tree surgeons out there which I suggest you look at before these guys. No one wants to pay a premium for a stinking attitude. Don't care how many years they have been going for. Stay away.

Bardsey Tree Services were friendly, efficient, and honest. They gave us a very fair quote, explaining what it was based on and what they had taken into account. The work was done promptly, efficiently, and in a very tidy way - barely a leaf left on the lawn afterwards. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
