We were told that work would commence - laying of new cables - on 16th April during working hours. At 6.40am today, our whole street was awoken to the noise of shouting, laughing, crudeness by two individuals from this company starting work. My husband has had several strokes and has difficulty sleeping. I am appalled by what we have had to endure today and way outside of working hours. I had to give this one star to get my review posted. Otherwise it would be minus 100 stars.Truly awful!

Awful company. Basically, a bunch of foul-mouthed yobs I have never before encountered such rude and inconsiderate workmen as those employed to a carry out work for BT. On Sunday having parked their lorry outside my house blocking the side road with the engine running and filing the air with fumes this lorry was left unattended for some 4 hours when my wife found them right at the top of another street, they refused to turn off the engine when asked to do so & were just down right rude to my wife. Claimed that the battery was flat & had to leave it running. When they left, they deliberately revved their engine loudly for a considerable length of time just because they can. and would you credit it on Monday afternoon they returned parked in the same space blocking the road with the engine running yet again, this went on for yet another 4 hours this time police called to report it NEVER use this company Obviously a cheap as chips, rule breaking contractor. Definitely one to avoid
