Near-impossible to get an appointment if you are busy during the working week. You have to call at 8am/10am/2pm or find an appointment via the NHS app at those precise times. Rather than holding you in a call queue, you have to sit through 1m30 of generic messages then it hangs up on you if their phone lines are busy. I'm trying to make an appointment for my child so I can't do it via the NHS app. I'm not even looking for an urgent appointment - I'm happy to wait a few weeks as long as I can actually get something booked!! Have only been at this practice about 6 months and already we're planning to leave. We've moved around a lot and never had such difficulties arranging an appointment.
