All staff at Leonard lodge friendly, polite and helpful. I went for charity event all residents had lots of fun before Xmas with games n lots of gifts to purchase and raffle for them to win. Highly recommend.

I always get a warm welcome at Leonard lodge, it has a very relaxed cosy atmosphere. I visit the residents of Leonard lodge monthly to host an interactive music workshop. The staff are extremely good at encouraging residents to attend. The hour long fun session includes gentle exercise and movement to music, a musical/picture quiz, reflective meditational music a jolly good sing a long and a lively finish encouraging residents to dance if they can stand or shake their tambourines in their chairs. during the workshops there a various instruments and props available to keep the sessions lively. It's absolutely great to see staff joining in as they pass by when they hear the music, it has such a positive reaction on the residents. It's quite obvious that staff and residents are one big family ! Anastasia @ Music for Health

I have performed several times at Leonard Lodge between 2017 (when I began my business) and 2020 (when the pandemic began). I have always been greeted kindly by the care staff, thanked gratefully by the residents, and payed efficiently by the administration staff. From what I know of Leonard Lodge, it is a happy and homely Care Home.

I have been at this home for a week doing some work for an external company. I have found the atmosphere here to be fantastic, the best I have seen in any care home I’ve visited. The residents seem to feel genuinely at home and I have witnessed on several occasions the staff going well beyond the call of duty for residents. The manager Tibi is excellent. I would not hesitate to send one of my own loved ones there. Five stars!
