Mum went here for nearly 4 months end of life care which was provided with smiles and skill. Good sized room compared to some homes I've seen. Enjoyed the variety of food and appreciated visits from Activities Katie although not able to join with others.

Mum has been in Flowerdown for a year now. And she couldn’t be happier. All the interaction I have with the staff is excellent-everyone talks to me when I visit-from the cleaners to the manager. Everyone cares for the residents. My special thanks go to Hazel and Urmi, for their help, above and beyond. It really is a ‘care home’.

My mum has been In Flowerdown for over a year now. She is very well cared for by Urmi and her team. All the staff are kind and caring. Hazel in reception, is always very helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Katie runs an excellent activity programme and updates relatives weekly with what is going on. There are regular relatives meetings which enable feedback to the manager Urmi. All the staff deserve a mention as they are all very hardworking. I would definitely recommend Flowerdown.
