Lovely environment, clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful to residents having the banter with them. I visited with the owls, I enjoyed it, the owls enjoyed it and I heard so did the residents. 💂🏻♂️🦉

The care and attention my mum has received since her admission has been outstanding. The team are always so caring with not only my mum but also our family nothing is too much trouble for them. All standards are of the highest quality and we could not ask for anything more.

Beware of this place. Be very careful of putting your love ones here. They say what you want to hear but fail to deliver and worse on many points. Trying to get truthful details of my wife’s one week stay. She walked in but 7 days later came out like a zombie taking over 30 minutes to get into our car, turned out due to lack of fluids and the wrong provision of her drugs she came out with urosepsis and 6 weeks later died in my bed. Died. They gave wrong items, lost items & after 3 attempts their written reply to my complaints differed each time. Still trying to get information which they are placing obstacles in my attempts. Becare of Denmead Grange, please.
