Highly recommended!!! Fantastic quality of care given! I could not of asked for a better home for my family member! The staff seem generally sincere in the care given. The food on the menu is lovely and so much variety, my family member is a bit fussy so this was fabulous they are also very Accommodating. So overall good clean facilities, caring staff, the equipment all seems clean and is working order, generally caring and always have my grandads best interests first which sadly was not the case in the last home he was in. And the manager Sarah is lovely and very approachable if there is anything that needs bring up.

Having viewed a number of nursing homes for my Dad, this is the best. I have found all the staff to be extremely professional and friendly. My Dad has been with Challoner for over 18 months. The care he receives is second to none, couldn’t be more pleased. All the staff do a fantastic job especially during COVID and kept me informed. Keep up the good work. Thank you

I have been working at Challoner House for over 10 years and have found all the staff very helpful and have had lots of great memory's and stories from friends and family who have come in to visit our home. I think the home as a whole is very clean and pleasant to work in and look forward to many more years of fun and laughter here at Challoner house.

This is a lovely home its a home from home . All staff are so welcoming . This really has made putting my relative in a care home and easy process. We can visit when we want . And staff are always pleasant . I really can't fault it and the constant reassurance from staff members and management is out of this world. They really go over and beyond to make sure everyone including the relatives are looked after. You guys are amazing I can't thank you enough

I have worked back at Challoner House for 2 years now, I did work here previously for 4 years before having a year out to try new things. I have seen Challoner House go through some changes of management, staff and even decor. The Management team are so supportive to all our residents, staff and relatives it really is the best it has been during my time here. The care staff are second to none, nothing is too much trouble. We have all pulled through this pandemic as one big family, Challoner was extremely lucky to not have any Covid in the home and we proud ourselves to have managed this together with support and understanding from our residents and relatives.
