Have had nice haircuts here before but this time went with Diana Huma based on convenience. I couldn’t go until after work which was at 7:30. Diana clearly was annoyed that she had had to wait around for my appointment. I had to correct her before we even started because she wasn’t even listening to what I wanted. When blow drying my hair I had to pull away because the heat was burning my ear. Diana proceeded to smirk at me while holding the hair dryer 6 inches away from her hand as if I was being a wimp. Started again - continued to burn my ear so had to stop her. Again, held the dryer 6 inches away from her hand as if I was being delicate. I blow dry my hair every day and am covered in tattoos. I know when someone is holding it too close to my skin - and I can take a bit of pain. This was burning my ear and her response was unacceptable. Never going here again.
