Very poor customer service 😔. Went on a Saturday night and wasn't busy. The workers were just stood around, looking disinterested. We asked three different staff members for drinks and salad which sadly arrived towards the end of our meal. We had to ask for plates and cutlery twice as nothing came with our food. We ordered two Tawa's for a combined price of £90. It was nice but very small portions of everything and not really worth that amount of money. I don't think we will bother going back.

Came here for iftar. Booked day in advance. They had a Ramadan menu offering Tawa for 2 or Tawa for 4. We ordered the Tawa for 4 (£60). Before we ordered we asked the staff if the Tawa for 4 would be enough and they said it would easily feed 4 adult men but when it came out it was barely enough to feed 1 adult man. Considering it was an iftar meal and we haven't eaten all day, we were all very disappointed!! Not only because of the portion but the price. It shouldn't have been more than £30. When going to pay, I told staff about the issue and they said I should've told them but when the food was served, no one came to ask. They should've offered a discount or free drinks or desserts but they didn't. They asked for the full amount which I paid. It doesn't seem like they care for their customers. I will not be coming back

Date of visit 15/04/2023. Worst service i have ever seen / received in ramadan. The Fast opened at 20:13. Order was places at 19:45 but the menu was very limited you could only order a TAWA for 2 or a TAWA for 4. The the entire restaurant would have had the same food plus or minus so changes they may have made. Food arrived at 21:02. It was very shocking when 90% of the customers pre ordered and had to pre book. They ruined the fast for many people on this day. Then the fries where stale and felt like they have been sat around for ages and refried to heat them up. The masala fish tasted microwaved. The meat curry was over salted! Stir fry donner was not stir fired with anything just normal. Then we where over charged. Tawa £31.99 and 2 drinks at £2.45 each (36.89) we where charged £39.xx. Would not recommend and would not return here, so many places have better food and better service! This place was a shambles. People where still waiting for food after we had ate and left!

Amazing "ambience". The restaurant is on the first floor but the garden ambience starts amaze you since you you open the ground floor's door. People and food both are good and good-looking. We had tawa for 2 and we were 2 adults and 2 kids but still we could not finish it. The portions are huge. As drink we opted for the mango lassi, even if I am not a fan of mango lassi this one was not too bad. Staff is young and professional,the senior gentleman on the till is really kind. A thing that impress me was the fact that they have a very beautiful prayer corner, for ladies as well. Overall the ambience and the kindness of staff compensate the small food's lacks.

The Awaited One
First time at BBQ Garden - didn't look busy inside and it said cash only. Didnt have any cash on me so I was dissapointed. I spoke to the waiter to see if he can do something and he was kind enough to sort it. We waited around 45min or longer for some chicken wings and Chicken Tikka with seekh kebab with a chicken steak burger. I was dissapointed because of the waiting time and the portion size it came for that amount of waiting. Like I've mentioned the restaurant wasn't busy as we went on a Tuesday around 9pm. No tissues were given and no cutleries. Waiter was nice but he wasn't checking tables to see if we needed anything. Overall wouldn't visit again since it feels like restaurant is confused how to run a business properly. The basics are lacking.
