I went three days without heating or hot water due to my boiler breaking down. On the fourth day, my wife and I decided to have a new boiler put because we were tired of our insurance company misplacing us. I rang Alum and describe the scenario. The very next day, an engineer went to the site of the new boiler to inspect it. I approved of the quote, and a few hours later, two other engineers showed up and installed my boiler. The working space and the floor were covered with covers. Everything was tested twice before they left, and the boiler and Nest thermostat were both operational. 100% satisfaction with the work, definitely a 5 star

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews but as it was an emergency took the the risk. Absolutely fantastic job, called Thursday came on Friday, did the job in a day, didn’t even stop for a lunch break. Cleaned up after they were done. Very competent and professional. Paperwork and how to work the new boiler explained very well. Thank you very much, defo recommended to everyone.

Had a brand new boiler and underfloor insulation installed on 14/06/2021. Was very impressed with work and the overall service. Every thing was done in a single day but only possible as they came with a team of 5 and everyone seemed to be experts in the specific areas. I would definitely recommed this company.
