My dog came here and she HACKED my dog to pieces the experience took 3 HOURS - TOO long and she did a terrible job, everything was uneven and she blamed it on us for letting my dog getting too long even though no other groomer would groom him because he was apparently too young but it was a lie really but as we obviously couldn’t do it ourselves he got matted and it wasn’t our fault at all but when this woman said she could do it we were over the moon and she was sympathetic and considerate to our situation before she groomed him but coincidentally after she did a terrible job on him and we complained she suddenly changed her tune saying it was our fault and we were terrible owners even though I’m pretty sure she was the terrible owner of her kids that were running all about on the roads and stuff 🙄 DONT GO HERE
