Attached to Premier Inn and couldn't fault. Lovely surroundings, good service. Evening steak was excellent and morning breakfast equally as good. Couldn't really fault this visit to Premier Inn or Bar&Block

We were greeted and shown to our table by Sonny who was very welcoming, happy and polite. Our waitress was Lauren, her service was second to none. she was lovely, had a constant smile and seemed to know we wanted something just as we decided we wanted it (Drinks, desert menu, etc.) Without intruding in any way. Food was cooked perfectly, especially the steaks (I can be very fussy!) But those guys know how to cook a perfect steak. My husband had the trio of deserts and loved them all. I had the cheese board and couldn't fault the combination of cheese, I enjoyed all of them. The atmosphere was just right, it was quite busy but not loud. Everything was lovely and clean. We will definitely be back, thank you guys

First year anniversary today and we went to where it all started - Bar and Block Portsmouth. Very attentive staff (but also not too much). But the steaks… the steaks are always delicious! I always order medium-rare with the hope that it isn’t too bloody and Bar+Block never disappoint! Great cocktails as well! And the music was great. Definitely recommended and definitely will be using the discount provided for next time :)
