First two meal choices were not available which I wasn’t told on being seated My wine was white Pinot Grigio not blush as I asked for The wine glass had lipstick on it- no apology when I pointed it out My ”well done” steak was Very pink and the salad absolutely dripping in dressing Staff couldn’t care less and were very indifferent Even though breakfast is served here whilst staying at attached Premier Inn staff would not give me cutlery to eat in my room Do not eat here unless you want to have a Bad experience

Strongly disappointed with the service we have received from theTeam leader! We saw a massive sign offering 2-1 on cocktails everyday between 11-7. I asked the man if we could have this deal and he basically lied to my face about it, saying not today. When I confronted him about this he said actually I just don’t want to do cocktails I’m too busy with only 4 people in the whole restaurant!
