Extremely poor - terrible customer service and gave us the wrong order. We called to let them know that our bubble tea came without tapioca pearls and the man refused to give us a refund or send the correct order. Would not recommend to ANYONE. They effectively scammed us. Edited to respond to owner's response: When I called you to complain on the night of the order you said you would not refund us or deliver the correct items, and that you would give a discount on the next order. I told you then as I will now that I would not order from you again - you were extremely rude to me over the phone, showed none of your 'usual High standards', and refused to admit you were at fault. I would like the money back from the previous order, and I will continue to warn everyone away from your business until then.

This is not a review on their food, as that never arrived, only their 1 ⭐️ service. Ordered ice cream at 7:30pm via Uber Eats. Estimated delivery time was 7:50. By 9:40 after no delivery, and continually getting “number busy” I finally got through to be told there was bad traffic 😂😂 they are located 3 miles from my house 😂😂 I called again at 10pm to ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund, but was given some made up excuse meaning that’s £21 I’ll never see again. Best part is the app says my delivery is on the way 😩 l’ll let you all know if it’s melted by the time it arrives in January 2023.
