Brilliant experience. I hired pirate fun run and gladiator game. Had 25kids and 15 adults in my garden. Service provided on time. Kids said it was the best birthday they have ever been to. One kid kept saying this every 10min (-; they all run constantly for 7h …. I would repeat it any time ..professional delivery and fairly good communication also flexible …I changed date twice

Banstead Bouncers was fab! They arrived on time, set up quickly and efficiently and arrived on time to set down and did so perfectly as well. When they arrived they cleaned everything which was fab and super reassuring. We had their soft play and it was amazing and varied. So much stuff at such a good price and the babies absolutely loved it! The packages are really good value and I will deffo be using them again next year. The best company I looked into locally!

Just wanted to say thank you for an amazing service! The guys were there before us and were on the case as soon as we opened the hall. They knew where everything was and set up so quick! The equipment hired went down a treat! The kids loved all aspects of the castle, softplay and the ball pit. I have no doubt we would use you again in the future. Pick up was also prompt but didn't rush the kids off the castle (you would think 3 hours of bouncing would have been enough..) they packed away the softplay and pit and then we told the children one more slide.. and it was packed away.

My friend used Banstead Bouncers in the Summer so I got their details from her and hoped they would hire outside in October for my daughters 5th birthday and they were just lovely and said they would (lots of places refuse outside hire in October!) obvs if it rains you don’t pay a penny and they confirm the evening before. All felt very smooth and easy. They turned up at 8am on the day of the party and the whole castle went up in about 5 mins! My daughter couldn’t believe her eyes! All her little friends had a fantastic time when they came over to the party and Banstead Bouncers were so lovely they let me have the castle until the last guest left just after 6 (and we got to bounce for a few mins just us 3 before they packed it away!) very very impressed with the whole service. Thank you for giving our daughter literally THE best birthday present! 🙌 🎉🙏🏼xx
