Excellent customer service. I have purchased from this company twice. Each time I enquired about a product I received a prompt and detailed reply with all the information I needed. I also received advice which was very useful for me in making my decision. Prices are very competitive, I don't think you will find cheaper elsewhere. Delivery costs are realistic. Bought a Fuser unit from this company the fuser was faulty on arrival we had an Printer engineer check it. On Speaking with them they said that i had to pay for the shipping back to them. Which i think is disgusting we are a printer repair company and deal with many parts suppliers and never ever would a supplier force you to pay for faulty goods back to them.

Unfortunately the product we ordered was faulty. It took over 3 weeks to get a replacement and we were also made the pay for the return of the faulty item. Management isn't interested in good customer service or respecting the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so something to be aware should you be unlucky with one of their products.
