Lovely clean surroundings & two treatments were worth waiting for. Unfortunately relaxation around the pool was impossible as an aqua aerobics class was in full progression with the music at full blast! Breakfast was good but, slow to be served as was lunch .. two hours in the restaurant just for lunch wasn’t acceptable! Bathrobes etc was chargeable plus an extra £10 refundable deposit.. however, this will take 3-5 days to hit our account. Overall the treatments were the best part of the day, but unfortunately this made the day rather expensive for what you actually get!

One of the best Spas I've ever been in the UK. Wonderful atmosphere, overpolite stuff, quiet, and professional masseuses. They have Starbucks coffee (and this made my day even more perfect). Every facility is clean and tidy. The garden is beautiful. Definitely will come back again.

Lovely facial and massage, decent gym and spa facilities. We had a lovely day. My only criticism was the chocolate mouse, it was awful, we couldn't eat it. Not only did it taste off but was powdery and just inedible. Seriously surprised to have been served such a low quality dessert.

Joined a couple of weeks ago as my wife is a member and thought it would be nice to go together. I really like it, although have not been to the gym or done any classes (I probably won't do classes actually). I go to swim before work in the mornings (opens at 6 on weekdays) and it's not too busy then. Very friendly staff, and members.
