Avoid at all costs! They do not apply the NHS discount so you end up paying the full fee each time! A nightmare to cancel the membership as they keep lying you have arrears to pay even after showing proof that this is not true, then saying that you need to give a month notice which is reality is 2 months! Not to speak how how dirty it is, cleaners around and pretending to clean but you would see everyone’s sweat on the machines, sauna rarely working and swimming pool extremely smelly! That is a shame and I am being left with only disappointment and stress! Worst choice of gym I have ever made! Never again and would advise anyone against joining!

Excellent changing facilities. A small swimming pool with only 5 side chairs. Busy steam room and sauna room. Only 2 jets working in jakuzzi even after being closed on and off for two days...we overheard the regulars. Elemis treatment was good but had better impact treatments at a lower cost. Full body scrub isn't really full at all. Billie and Davida were very professional and welcoming and had made us feel comfortable thank you. Lovely welcome and smooth checkin at reception. Facilities in wet area are outdated and worn out, not so posh as advertised, but ok.

Great facilities and a great centre to work out and then relax in the steam/sauna and pool. Special mention to Shannon Elston who’s always helped me get my membership back on track in the best way and created ease for me. All the staff are really nice and helpful especially at reception. Would recommend for upcoming athletes and the general public !!!
