With the London travelling Oysters card touch in/out, it’s super convenient to take boat travelling to quays area alongside the river Thames. My journey today was from Bankside to Embankment. Whole journey only took me about 10 minutes including 5 minutes waiting for the boat. Pleasant experience with fantastic riverside views. Just love it.

Awful service. The ticket desk is closed, the ticket machine is broken. Have had 2 oysters with me, but apparently it was not enough. Denied boarding with three kids as they can't sell tickets.

River boats are not part of London transport anymore. Uber boats require expensive tickets or an extra oyster charge. Boat to Battersea is every 30mins, but you need to wait for the exact number of people coming out of the boat. No info on available seats or anything really. We had to wait for more than an hour, including the 10min delay of the boat. At that point, as we "touched in" before queueing, we had already been charged for the journey. Because of the long wait in the queue, the system "assumed" that we took 2 boat trips instead of one and charged us double the fare. Did not manage to get a refund as the process is so complicated. A total disaster. Note: the positive reviews here are from the time when these boat routes were integrated in the London Transport network (TFL). Now that they are managed by Uber, this is a horrible experience, best to be avoided.

(Translated by Google) The cultured, clean and modern ship came exactly on time, I bought the tickets in advance online, but there is also a ticket office on site. It provides quick access from one point to another and is relatively frequent. (Original) Teljesen időben jött a kultúrált, tiszta és modern hajó, én online előre megvettem a jegyeket, de a helyszínen is van pénztár. Gyors eljutást biztosít egyik pontból a másikba és aránylag sűrűn jár.
