My only regret is that I didn’t do this years ago. The sessions are really varied and include beginner and advanced drills so there’s something for everybody. All the staff and members have been extremely friendly and welcoming. I’m feeling fitter, stronger and have shed pounds. If you are thinking of joining, I’d highly recommend getting down for a taster session.

Small facilities ,need to wait in rain with child ,even a dog won’t stay outside because don’t let you stay in waiting’s room.and was offended when you not satisfied with conditions and cancelled lessons
