Would probably be more efficient to list the reasons for my scoring of Bank of Ireland -Rude customer service -False information from a customer service manager -No apology for how I feel about the situation -Text me an update with my mortgage application and a number to call back on ...which was INCORRECT talk about professional! -you get NOTHING in return for using them as your mortgage provider, never known anything like it -Additional fees as you go along -really disappointing therefore complained - they offered no apology no resolution no goodwill gesture...just a rude condescending customer service agent Avoid at all costs
