Very unprofessional staff presenting themselves in an incredibly offensive and discriminatory manner. Privacy-infringing and insolent people including the Chinese head. Terribly lacking in necessary knowledge of the British culture, society or even English language. And most importantly, no transparency as to the team and people. No financial info disclosed either as enforced by FCA at all. Feel like a group of criminals because they act as if not subject to legal compliance. As for more unbelievable, you will uncover as you try it yourself.
