Lovely well set out campsite with lovely clean showers and toilets. Washing up facilities also with freezer and washing machine. Some pitches next to river. Local pub with food just across road from entrance to site. Only stayed for one night but will be back because of location.

Had a lovely time at bank house farm. This is the 4th time we have been and have loved it every time. The toilets and showers are alway clean. And the on site shop is both cheap and well stocked. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There’s a nice pub for meals and drinks. And plenty to do in the surrounding areas. Would recommend to any one. Looking forward to coming again. Noteworthy details: Clean facilities

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Bank House Farm. We camped over the road in the Meadow field with a stream running beside it. The kids spent lots of time playing in the water! The facilities were the cleanest we’ve ever seen when camping. Lovely warm welcome. It was made very clear to us on booking that the toilets and showers were over the road so there were no surprises when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

We initially booked a site across the road from the facilities assuming it would be a quiet road - it was not! With two children it was really horrible trying to cross and walk along the road (it is a country road with no pavement). We requested to move and the wardens were incredibly helpful and understanding. We camped in the events field for the following 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The toilets and showers were immaculate and regularly cleaned, the showers were warm and the shop had everything we needed for daily supplies. The site is very family orientated, very quiet after 9pm and loads of kids rolling around the hills and playing in the 'exercise' meadow throughout the day. The local walks were beautiful, lots of variety to choose from and mostly easy to navigate - though we did get lost a couple of times 😆 Our family of 4 (+a dog) had a wonderful time and absolutely recommend Bank House Farm

Brilliant location we went to Thors cave and some lovely wild swimming locations that were all a short drive away. The actual campsite is really lovely and very well kept. The facilities are modern, and clean and we had constant hot water despite it being busy. We were in the overflow field for bank holiday and while it didn’t have any facilities in it (you have to cross the road to the main campsite), it did have a gorgeous stream that the kids played in. So we felt quite happy with our luck. We’ll definitely be back!
