The riding lesson was perfect, the teacher was excellent we even managed aged a cantor on our first lesson not bad for silver surfers !! My sadness was that my horse clearly wasn’t having a good day he even decided to lie down in the hay with me still attached 😳 no ones fault. My disappointment was with the aftercare I filled in a accident report as I had hurt my knee but one week later I have not received even a telephone call to check how my knee is or an invitation to try maybe again 😳

My daughter, who has Autism and ADHD joined this riding school in July, after several years at another riding school. I am very impressed with the variety of activities and lessons available and the flexible booking system. My daughter has learnt more in the last five months than the previous five years. The staff here are fantastic, patient and knowledgable and you definitely get your money’s worth. The competition league is another wonderful addition and has allowed my daughter to experience competing on a monthly basis at a reasonable price. The staff are aware of my daughters additional needs and it is always taken into consideration and they are very accommodating when she attends. I am very happy with the experience we have had here and would recommend to others.

My friend I was going to start riding here but they made us so difficult. We wanted to book together but there wasn’t an option and when they answered they just said you book together errmm nope there isn’t an option. We had sent so many emails over the past week for them NOT to get back to us. We tried to call and nobody picked up. How can you run a business like this? I definitely wouldn’t recommend this business. I find it very strange how you continue to just ignore emails and calls. I then asked for a refund as I had contracted Covid and was sent into hospital and yet again I was ignored. I sent another email for a refund which another company answered to say this wasn’t possible. I had to contact my bank to get this back. I just think this is so ridiculous and I only gave this place 1 star as I couldn’t review without. You need to sort your emailing and call department out. I would give this a 0 out of 10 Just stay away
