Used them to purchase my property back in 2017, went to remortgage this property two years later to find the house deed had not even been transferred into my name. So I was not the legal owner as they had forgot to transfer the deeds to me. Rang button and co in a panic to get this resolved, as was causing the sale to be held up, it was so stressful. They didn’t even apologies and were rude, it wasn’t their priority, and they made out they were doing me a favour, and it would be done when they had time. I will never ever use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
