THE worst bank I have Ever dealt with in all my life . Antiquated systems. Outdated. Terrible app that’s barely usable. Rude staff in the Spanish branches . They don’t even speak to you politely and pass you from one person to another . Everything has to be done in branch not online or via the phone. I advise any person buying a house in Spain Do NOT use this bank

Folks I have been dealing with this bank in Spain for 20 years and I actually don’t think Spanish banks do customer service. They make everything as difficult as they can ( like everything in Spain) and the customer at a Spanish bank is classed as a annoyance. How the Spanish public put up with it is beyond me but they do!
