Despite specifically asking at the time of ordering if the parts I ordered would fit each other, it turns out they do not. Yet, they took my money and sent the good anyway. Now they won't reply to my emails and they won't return my calls. Quality of goods is questionable as well. When I fitted one of the (poorly fitting) hubs it immediately cracked. I am considering reporting them to Trading Standards and I am now down roughly £100 as a result of this dodgy company.

After trying the land line 8 times (over the course of 2 hours), I managed to speak to someone who informed me that the person who deals with queries like mine was "out" and would call me back in around 45 minutes. 90 minutes later and no one has returned my call and every time I try to ring them, the line simply gets cut off. If this was a weekend or bank holiday then I could understand, but this is a regular working weekday. Other reviews suggest that this company is very pleasant to deal with, however I do not think I have the fortitude to continue attempting to speak to someone, so doubt I will ever find out.
