Well where do I start, I phoned Clayton to discuss trophies and medals for an event, giving him a very small window to come up with the goods and to engrave. I phoned twice both times he was very pleasant and customer service was 5*. I went into the shop chose the medals and the trophy - he did a very good deal for the items plus engraving. By Saturday morning (first contact Thursday) I received a text to say they were ready to collect. Highly recommended the shop is an emporium, it has all sorts of things shoe laces watch straps to name a few. Thank you Clayton and the other guy who I don't know the name you've restored my customer experience faith , keep doing what you do so well
