Whilst searching for a new car I came across an advert from Banbury Motors. I was greeted on the telephone by an extremely knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman, he identified himself as Vish. He answered every question, some probably quite obvious …. in a very enthusiastic and polite manner. After searching across the web I called him back. He was the only car dealer I spoke to, that showed enthusiasm and integrity, clearly his business and reputation mattered to him. I decided to drive to the Cotswold office, where I was met and greeted with the very same enthusiasm, even though it was a Sunday and out of hours! The preparation of his cars are truly outstanding. The attention to detail was incredible. Never did I feel pressured or hurried, it was if we were friends meeting up after a while. I consequently purchased a stunning car! Initially in the conversation, he told me 75% of his business was done online without the client even seeing the vehicles. I could categorically say I would guarantee this man’s word and now understand how this is possible. His vehicles are of the very highest standard and his personal service in unrivalled. Then as if it could not get any better he explained how he delivered the cars in his covered Brian James trailer. He then arranged some extras to be added to the car at my request and when completed he would arrange delivery. I got regular updates and photos of the progress. The delivery driver Ash was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot rate this experience any higher! If you are looking for a prestigious car contact Vish at Banbury Motors!!!

Vish was a pleasure to deal with from my first phone call and even after the car was delivered, checking that everything was all good and I was happy with the car. His attention to detail is 100% and nothing is to much trouble for him to make sure that you are happy with everything before you agree to buy. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Vish and would recommend him 110% if you are looking for a car try Vish for the best service you will ever recieve whilst buying a new vehicle. Vish will sort anything you need doing , he changed plates did all the paperwork didn't have to worry about a thing. The car was fully detailed and delivered in covered trailer by Ash, and a great job he done to.Thanks Ash Would definitely buy another vehicle from Vish again without hesitation Thanks again Vish for a wonderful car...

Vish was really helpful and patiently answered all my questions and took the time for me to view and drive the car several times. In addition Vish spent considerable time talking through with a friend of mine who was much more knowledgeable about this particular make of car than me. Vish was very helpful in addressing the various complications as this car had a private plate so not a straightforward V5 Registration Document but Vish dealt with everything. I am happy to give a 5* Review and would happily deal with Vish and Banbury Motors again.

That’s when you find out if it’s all good no matter what, and not just fair weather, we’ll I had a problem, a complicated one, as you can with any used car, how was it Handled? With absolute professional and honest action. Will I buy from him again?, you bet I will! Will I recommend him to others, without a doubt.
