Joined recently after watching my son having a few classes. I have to say… at 44 and completely out of shape I’m loving it. My body hurts but I know with time, perseverance and guidance from Stuart, his team and the others in class I’ll improve and get to a point where I’m happy with my body and capabilities. My 8 year old son is also really enjoying it and learning a lot.
