I booked in for a pretty last minute appointment and was impressed with how friendly the lady was on the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, taken through the house rules and got to work finding "the one". The selection was gorgeous, with styles to suit every bride and I really felt listened to when we talked about what style I was looking for. The chilled atmosphere really put all of my worries at ease and we all ended up having such a laugh. I also got a fantastic saving on my dress, which is always a huge bonus!

If I could give it 10 stars I would, all the staff are lovely but Donna was my fitter who went above and beyond for me, she made me feel so comfortable listened to what I wanted and pulled the most beautiful dress out which was exactly what I was looking for, I felt beautiful and thanks to her I will feel the szme on my wedding day

I had an amazing experience yesterday wedding dress shopping. I’m a plus size lady I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find anything I liked or that fitted. The Lady I saw was brilliant I showed her the dresses I’d been looking at and she pulled one of that looked amazing she made me feel so confident we didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. I love my dress and I was so lucky that the dress fitted perfectly and didn’t need any alterations. But she was amazing she looked at me and knew exactly what would look good on me and it made me feel amazing and gave me so much confidence.
