The thing I valued most from my experience with Banana Moon was the excellent customer service I received. I corresponded mostly with Monika who was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was also very helpful with gathering example photos of items similar to what I wanted to order. The ordering, approval and payment process was well explained and very straightforward. I particularly liked that you could feedback on the design proofs directly through the website rather than having to start a new email chain or call, so you could see all comments in the same place as the order. The items (custom beanies) I ordered arrived on time with delivery tracking and my group are incredibly happy with the quality and price of them! The only thing I think could be improved is perhaps having more visibility of what stage the order is in e.g. order confirmed > garments being printed/embroidered > garments dispatched etc. I don’t know how feasible that would be to implement but I think that would elevate an already excellent experience even further! Overall I’m incredibly happy with my whole experience with the Banana Moon team and would happily order from them again!

Wow what a great service! I went through Sarah who was fantastic and responded quickly to all my emails, the tshirts arrived 6 days after ordering!! And they look fantastic! One of the tshirts had a small hole in it, after getting in touch with Sarah they sent a new one straight away! 100% recommend!

Excellent, Truly Custom T-Shirts and Great Customer Service. I needed some new custom T-shirts, some for staff and some for personal. I emailed the Banana Moon team with my order of T-shirts along with the 16 individual designs I'd put together. I chose to go with embroidered designs instead of printed on this occasion but I wasn't sure how much the designs would have to be amended in order to embroider them. Once again Banana Moon have knocked it out of the park, what they were able to achieve from my designs to needle is incredible. Every single design I requested was embroidered flawlessly with excellent colour matching too. We had a slight problem with the order, a number of the T-shirts had ended up in the wrong size. I emailed the team and they replied within 24 hours, apologised and let me know they'd send replacements out ASAP. I believe customer service is not only providing good customer service when things are going well but being able to resolve a situation quickly and professionally when things go wrong. Banana Moon showed their experience here and I'm very grateful for how they dealt with the issue I had.
