FURTHER EDIT to (no name at Bampton packaging) The quote was received from you on the 7th Dec. The date for shipping was given as the 13th Dec The Proforma invoice for payment was sent to us on the 10th Dec at 15.53. I received a phone call on the 11th to ask if could you delay the shipping by one week until the 19th Dec. I agreed THE FULL AMOUNT was Paid to Bampton packaging ON THE 14TH DECEMBER . This is not "WELL OVER A WEEK" as you deceivingly stated on your reply MR (no name at Bampton packaging). I think you will find this 4 days. The payment was in Bamptons account 5 day before the new shipping date of the 19th, not 2 days as you continued to deceivingly state in your reply. I was the contacted on the 17th (2 days before shipping) by Bampton to say you had a crane and container but could not find a ship to put it on. WHAT ?? I would assume this would be the first thing you check BEFORE agreeing a shipping date. I was then emailed at 15;33 on the 17th (less than 2 days before shipping date) to say that Bampton was going to decline and you would send us a credit note. ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE FACTS. IF I COULD ADD PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND THE STRING OF EMAILS TO THIS POST, I WOULD. If you would like to provide evidence to the contra Mr (no name at Bampton packaging) please feel free. So.... stop pathetically trying to defend the 1 star rating your company deserves for the zero star service you provided. What you should have done Mr (no name at Bampton packaging) is just to have apologised. I called Bamptonn to ask if It was possible to send the machine at short notice. Bampton said YES no problem so my " expectations was based on this relpy. To say my expectations was unreasonable is nothing more than a lie. Once again I asked if they could do it they said YES and then let me down with 2 days to go and this was only after I rang them to make sure everything was still on track . Completely and 100% Bampton's fault. Then no apology just the lies you see below. Not to be trusted AVOID.

Big thanks to the guys here at Bampton Packaging. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff, service and quality of their timber packing cases is spot on every time. Even when I’ve left things late (my own fault!) ordering wise they’ve managed to pull it out the bag for me and got me out of a sticky situation on more than one occasion. Also ticks the box with their ISO QMS accreditation that our company requires from all its suppliers. A professional company that comes highly recommended by me.
