For plants & their homeware selection, it’s all good, though the cafe is a big let down and lost opportunity. Seated at 11.25am, waited 15 mins to place our order, then informed we had to wait til 12 for our food because breakfast stopped at 11:30 and lunch does not start until 12. Odd set up, but okay… Our food didn’t arrive until almost 12:30… an hour after we arrived. It was only a salad and a ploughman’s! Food was very ordinary when it arrived and not much flavour. Didn’t seem to be any logic or plan to the service - some tables were served quicker than others, some people around us looked very annoyed and complained. Previous experiences here have been similar, long waits and disorganisation. But today was particularly bad and would suggest it’s getting worse. Lunch for two, fourty quid, really disappointing.

First time visit to this wonderful garden centre (my birthday treat) and I am very impressed. Very tidy, clean and well presented, healthy plant displays and lots of lovely garden accessories and gift ideas at very reasonable prices. Had a very good brunch in the restaurant too. Super roomy car park, friendly staff, busy but not over crowded. I shall definitely be returning again soon and highly recommend it if you are fed up with the same old 'chain' type garden centres selling the same tired old plants.

Really good garden centre, old school great selection of plants with really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices are very good and the plants are top quality. There is a nice cafe and a coffee bar that sell really tastey and well priced food and drinks. Then there is a modest shop that sells a small selection of other 'housey' bits and toys. The range is of good quality and well priced.
