    I've been with BAME AGENCY now for just over 6 weeks. I have to say, they have been nothing short of amazing. I was already amazed by the reputation they had prior to me joining as not only a model but an actor too. However when the castings started to come through, I was even more amazed as they aren't small roles. BAME , Marcus, Katie and the whole team really go out their way to push you forward in your career. I've read a few if not more negative comments about BAME and honestly most of them I reckon come from those not reading the contract correctly or potentially not putting in their own work to 100%. BAME have never told me they will GET ME roles but they have always promised to put me forward for the roles they deem I'm fit for and they have not disappointed. The rest of the work comes from me and if I don't get a job, then that's life! Not BAME'S fault. Just to add also, BAME make it very clear we are all still self employed so there's no reason we can't all still look for our own work alongside BAME castings. Really can't thank Katie and Marcus enough so far for her constant help with everything. X
