Just ordered a ‘Thai’ takeaway from bamboo house in Bicester, it arrived in around 15 mins, and was clearly microwaved. It all tasted awful, completely inedible. The chicken was a weird almost uncooked texture, and the veg in the pad Thai tasted gone off. Certainly won’t be using this takeaway ever again! I have asked for a refund after returning the food

Very disappointed. Told the wrong price when entering the restaurant and then adding a service charge to bill after my partner was given a meat gyoza after ordering a vegetarian version. Not happy at all.

I’m giving two starts only because the satay chicken was decent. We have ordered first time from Bamboo House but sadly be the last one. Two Thai green and red chicken & prawn curries were without a shadow of a doubt the worst curries I’ve ever had. No flavour , weird sticky sauce is not what you should have in those dishes, there was definitely no coconut milk in them. Pad Thai was bland , no flavours whatsoever. A little advice , try your own food before serving and see if you would like to eat it yourself . Would not recommend :(
