Website listing was unclear, only referenced that it was preorder in small text after all the bold sales messaging and order buttons, so you could easily miss it if you don’t keep scrolling and read the full description. There’s an option to select called 24 hour tracked delivery which cost more and that suggested to me that the delivery would be within 24 hours, so I chose this. Contacted them when it hadn’t arrived after five days and got quite a brash response telling me it was clearly labelled as preorder and that’s just a standard Royal Mail delivery option so it doesn’t mean you get it in 24 hours. Asked for a refund and was refused. No apology and felt the whole treatment was quite impolite. I have to respond to customer messages on Facebook sometimes for my job and I would never send a message with that kind of tone.
