Appalling service. Paul came to see the job, sent us a drawing and quote, we wanted 2 less posts. He said fine can do that, sent us another drawing. Then when we said there is some error in drawings as only 1 post has been taken away rather than two. He wasn't interested in talking. Said make the full payment and then we discuss, to and fro about full payment, we agreed with a heavy heart, feeling haven't done business with him, but okay he says has had bad experience, no worries trust him. He agrees to get things moving. And after 5 minutes he messages saying can't work for you. No reason why and what. Then I call as my husband was liaising with him and his partner uptill now. Paul says we have decided not to do your business, I ask why and he hangs up the phone. SHOCKING!! Very bad experience, wasted our time for 2 weeks, we would wouldn't have indulged with them if I knew it is such a time waster.
