Baltic need to vet the companies that sign up for the apprenticeship scheme. My nephew joined a company for digital marketing and the company didn’t even have a marketing department. So he failed before he even got started. The company used his ideas and graphics then told him that he wasn’t following their instructions. Disgraceful how many times has this company done this to young people who are trying to gain a career in this field. Baltic need to check these companies more rigidly and find other suitable apprenticeships instead of saying there is nothing more they can do.

This company is extremely discriminatory of people with disabilities (like me) and also of people who have a high grade in GCSE English but have a lower grade Maths. Avoid this organisation at all costs!

This company was very disappointing. Tried to convince me my son should be doing level 3 after he got A*AAB for A levels. Managed to get him on to a level 4 after he passed the entry test only to discover he should be doing a level 6!!! He is now on a level 6 with another organisation. They obviously wanted the funding and thought cheating my son was the way to do it. Incredibly disappointing! Would not recommend ever.

Useless when you're looking for an apprenticeship and bordering on harassment months later when you're no longer interested. They've attempted to contact me 11 times (and counting) in the past 48 hours.

Representivives take so long to respond to your applications that you forget you applied for anything. If you do speak to someone, they can't hear you. They quite literally don't have working telephone lines.

The team have been nothing but amazing throughout the entire process of being in their care. From induction day to EPA the communication and dedication they have to their learners is incredible. I was worried after being out of education for 10+ years that i wouldn't be able to 'hack' an education setting again. Baltic made this super easy and I was able to carry on progressing my career as well as doing an apprenticeship and happy to say I achieved a distinction in a Level 3 Data Technician course. Cannot recommend this company enough absolute pleasure to work with.
