Banayioda the owner of Balou owes myself and partner thousands of pounds in unpaid work. Banayioda continues to use my images on the website and social media to continue to sell off the back of despite liquidating the company to avoid unpaid debts. I have asked for all my images to be removed as I all rights belong to me!, but all communications have been ignored by Banayioda. The manner in which Banayioda has managed the situation is appalling so far ignoring all my communications, not even an apology. I struggle to comprehend how a brand that ‘celebrates women’ could do this to someone and fellow small business. If images are not removed from all social media platforms and the website I intend to take the matter further.
