I rang Jason up in feeling totally stressed because another garage had done some work on my van but were unable to reset the diagnostics. They had recommended someone they use who could do it for me, but they wanted to charge me £70! Jason sorted the issue out in a matter of minutes! I was so relieved! Jason has an incredible memory. I had only met him for the first time a few days before when I took my daughters car in for MOT and service and he remembered that it used to be my late father’s car. I’m totally won over!
