Well half of my order (365 Hoodie) arrived 2 days before the expected delivery day, but still waiting on the rest with no updates at all. The hoodie is really great product, but I'd like to get the trousers I ordered too! Email to customer care 5 days ago has not been responded to. Tried calling today at 16:40 to find that their phones divert to an out of ours emergency mobile from 16:30 onwards! I mean - at least answer the phone until 5pm like most businesses.
