We made initial enquiry for a wedding party at the recommendation of the venue and gave the basic details, small number of tables admittedly. They promised to ring back next morning. No call. We called again and they said could they call back next day as they were out doing an event (if they were going to be busy the next day why tell us they'd ring?). No call again. We left it a few days and then found another company who were more than happy to take the booking. Now, three days before the big day we've had a call from the venue, saying Balloons Away had been in touch wanting details of our requirements. THREE DAYS!!! It's clear to me that they didn't want to commit the date to our small job just in case a better job came up. Now, seeing as nothing has come in they've come back to us. Stuff 'em.

Our wedding was spoilt as the service was not provided. Paid in full and the balloons was delivered to the incorrect venue, despite the address been given 3 times. I would advise using this service at your on risk. The owner Ray has the 'chat' to sell his goods but would only deal with this issue by email. i got hung up on when i called to complain. Even though a 'non negotiable' compensation payment was received I'm still not happy as its not nice to see your bride in tears on her wedding day.
