Balloons didn't turn up, they then said they were with DPD, although Amazon says with Royal Mail. Rude, unhelpful and haven't refunded my money although they say they have. Very very dodgy.

poor management and very poor process for orders, too little space to work in such a big work space, worked here for a while and got fired as i couldn't go on a work trip with only a few days notice as i had to look after my disabled mother would rather trust a bigger better company in my eyes. nice lot of people dont get me wrong but not the best place to work or place to buy from.
