The balloons were amazing!! The customer service I received was above excellent, I called in last minute and the owner accommodated my request and even helped me with putting everything in the boot. Definitely going back and will be my go to place for any party items. Really enjoyed the customer service and the helium balloons quality was the best I used and very good prices. Thank you again for all the help and accommodating my request 30 minutes before I needed it.

Absolutely disgusting service!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! It’s funny how every time you get a negative response it’s a fake account or it’s a lie! Your theory of what happened is a lie and you should be ashamed. Be man enough to admit your mistake and do NOT lie so you can make yourself look better for more customers! Anyone with a right mind Won’t come there unless they want cheap and tacky tat! First time went into the shop for a birthday and what a mistake! The owner bald Indian man with glasses unfortunately served me he was so Arrogant and rude. He had no manner of talking to me, wasn’t even listening to what I was enquiring about and kept cutting me off every time I spoke. I told him exactly what I thought. That he is a pathetic rude individual with no etiquettes and don’t understand how his business has operated until now. I will tell all my family and friends DO NOT SHOP there!

The salesman that works there is extremely rude! Each time I asked for anything I was kept being told “no were a bespoke company” which actually had nothing to do with what I asked for. Before the owner can comment that this is a fake account I am not fake at all. Your customer service skills really need to be up skilled & actually treat customers with respect as I was genuinely ready to spend a lot for my sons 1st birthday. Also was told to go back to my country as how I think the service should be isn’t like that in this country. Absolutely appalled and shocked that this behavior actually exists. If your a bespoke small company then you should really appreciate all business that walks in. Absolutely disgusted! This is not fake for the 100th time, you just need to accept you don’t know how to run a business with the foul customer service given! And having the same sir name as someone doesn’t mean we’re linked. Ur CCTV doesn’t record conversations does it. You was really racist and rude! Shocking!!! Absolutely shocking!!!
