I am sooo happy to leave a review on Louise and Balloon Dreams, she was literally delightful to deal with all the way through! When I initially called, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but had an idea and as there was no website specifically to browse through, I hadn't looked beforehand. However Louise's FB page is great and having looked there, I called back with more of an idea and then she kindly navigated me through several options and recommendations that would be effective and efficient. The turnaround time was brilliant, I called on the Saturday needing them for the Tuesday, when I got there to pick them up, she brought them to my car! And they were beautiful, my mom loves them - because they're STILL up from the 9th March! Would definitely, definitely recommend and would use again. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed with was the extra bunting I bought, it was beautiful (and incidentally that's still up too lol) but the box said 3m when it was just over 1m at best, with the rest being made up of string... Wasn't happy about that. But that's not Louise's fault, just a call out if you're going to get any! :)
