I won't be returning. I ordered my balloons a week in advance and paid for them. On the day of pick up to find only my number balloon waiting for me. I asked the lady where my two lots of clusters ballons were?, to be told I did not order them. I said I did and i have the receipt in the car. She then pointed at the book and said its not in the book. My reply was, I did not Wright it in the book when you took my order, you wrote it on a piece of card and put it in a polly pocket folder with my number balloon. I said either way it dose not matter il just get my receipt from the car. However she then found the card my order was taken on and did apologise and I waited in store while the rest of my order was done. I totally understand mistakes are made (we are all human) but the way as a customer I had to justify my self to her, also advising the price I had paid which was quite abit and that I would not have paid that price for just one balloon and the price that i I PAID WAS ALSO IN THE BOOK. However my order was done in the end eventually. When the two girls were tieing up the clusters and placing them in the bag, all my balloons came off the balloon weight, for the lady then to say to me "ill just put them in the bag, you know how to do this when your get home, just tie them to the weight and put them to the height you want". I was okay to do this because I really had to go, i could not wait no longer but again not the best service considering I ordered 1 week in advance. FURTHER DISAPPOINTMENT was to set in, I drove straight home from balloon artistry, I live 20 mins away in the car. I got home took the balloons out of the bag (tied them to the balloon weight my self). They were in my dinning room, not in any sort of direct sunlight an after a few hours started dropping down. They were in the floor by the time the party started in the evening. So very disappointed as I have used this place for 8 years and never experienced a service like this before. NOt only that my balloons have always lasted a couple of days after a party. I'm very sad to say, I will not be returning and I have also told my family members about the service i received and they seen them selves the state of the balloons. My advice would be, staff need proper training, not only in organisation but on customer service skills and training on how to handle the balloons. I'm sad to give 1 star.

I'm really disappointed if I'm honest. I was super impressed with the range of stock and party accessories,and actually had a handful of things to buy. I was going to return when I was paid to get the rest of the balloons and Decs for my sons birthday. This was until i approached the lady behind the counter to ask her opinion and for some advice. She snapped at me when I showed her a picture, of what I thought was a balloon arch, she snapped that it wasn't an arch, it was actually a garland. I stood corrected and I then asked what size balloons I would possibly need. Again she snapped at me with the sizes and told me that they dont stand alone, they will need supporting. I advised her, I'd done some basic DIY ones at home so I knew this. She was so rude, my 15 year old son told me to just go. I put the things back that I'd picked up and left. It's a shame really as their stock and idea catalogues were amazing. Just very rude staff and they've lost at least 2 orders now, as I told my friend about this, and she too was going to order through them.

Love using this company and done so for a while order is usually ready with in 24hrs if needed or urgent staff always smiling helpful can't wait to pop up in a few weeks for my Xmas banner etc thyme I doing for kiddies in garden is of course Xmas. Can't wait thanks guys top marks from me
