I phoned up and joy answered. I specifically asked for a doctor. She didn’t tell me it was a nurse practitioner. I went to my appointment and she was unable to change my medication as she is a nurse practitioner. In the end I had to go to the George herd Center. I specified that I wanted a doctor and even asked if I could have an appointment with dr Mitchell or doctor Ahmad but it still didn’t click.

Poor service. Take more than a week to approve repeat prescriptions. Rather than speaking to you directly they send text message for you to call them. Don’t care about patients.
