They messed up a simple vat return. They forget basic aspects on my companies corporation tax like utilities and bills. Every question was met with a more confusing answer. They took ZERO responsibility for their mistakes. It felt like they had the expertise but didn't have the time because they had bigger fish to fry. After this review they suddenly became very helpful. I only wish they were like that when I was employing them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would , After paying out tens of thousands of pounds under there guidance what a mess they have made, These people you put your trust in and they get it completely wrong leaving you to pick up the pieces, not even offering to put right a wrong , leaves a bad taste , and I’m not going away until it’s put right to my satisfaction.absolutely no morals or conscience, emailed Syree the owner and got a lovely email back offering to sort out the issues with onerous clauses ,Hope you sleep well at night !

At the 11th hour Having spent a considerable amount of time and money trying to organise a company restructure the step plans and restructure work that the solicitors put in place under Ballard's instructions and advice would not be possible to use -a complete waste of time and money , although they are members of the ICAEW which promotes and adheres to a code of ethics and fundamental principals which obviously they don't adhere to, not even offering to put right this major error. In my opinion i would take my business elsewhere. In my business if we make a mistake we put it right at no additional cost to the customer Expect more reviews from disgruntled family members after spending thousands of pounds on this failed restructure
