Avoid at all costs ! Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I've ordered small canon replica. After 3 months of waiting and listening of excuses and new deadlines they gave me this . Liner tube in wrong position. Totally shameless.They didn't offer any solution- in their opinion everything is fine and it"s quality , spotless product. What a joke. I lost 3 months of time, liner tube and lots of nerves.

Hope the practice of the new generation of owners do the needed work in training to take over. Ballantine Castings supply The Cast Iron Air Brick Company with grilles, air bricks and coal hole covers and have done for around ten years. We've had over a hundred orders from them and have always found Gavin and his team to be courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. The grilles take about 2 months to arrive from ordering but are worth the wait. The round, square and rectangular cast iron patterned grilles we receive from them are finished in our workshop in Devon and painted and drilled before dispatch to the UK (next day delivery) and around the world ( a few days). Ballantines square hole cast iron grille is the material used to create our bespoke "Any Size" made to measure square hole grilles. Our customers and the architects who specify our products insist on them being made in UK so Ballantines meets this important criteria as all their air bricks are made in Scotland.
